SHOULD I do a self-study of AP Environmental Science?

My school offers AP Environmental Science, so the testing location is near. I would have taken it because I find it interesting but I couldn't fit it in. I've heard from many people that AP Environmental Science is the easiest class to self-study. However, the school year I would be doing it would be next school year, and I am already enrolled in 5 AP classes and the rest are all honors courses. I'm sure I could fit in time for it, but I am already really involved with clubs, volunteering, working, etc. I don't really intend on doing any career with APES, I mainly want credit for it. The AP classes I have taken/ enrolled in/ are going to take are...
Taken: US History
Enrolled: Psych, Gov and Politics: US, Gov and Politics: Comp, Language, and Biology
Going to take (senior year): Chemistry, Physics B, Calculus AB, Statistics, European History, Macroeconomics, and Literature.
my school offers ether 17 or 18 AP classes. If I take 13 AP classes, will colleges still think my application is competitive enough?

Doing well in 13 AP classes will surely make you competitive. Self studying and the other AP’s will consume a lot of time with reading. If you think you are dedicated and know what it takes seeing that you took us hist, do it.
