Should I drop 1 AP class before the school year starts?

Okay, so I'm going to be a junior in high school. Last year, I took honors US History, honors American Literature, honors geometry, honors pre-calculus, honors Spanish 4, honors chemistry, and choir. I ended with a 3.9 GPA un-weighed. This year, I plan on taking APUSH, AP Language and Composition, AP Psychology, AP Calculus AB, honors physics, choir, and SAT prep.

The problem with my junior year schedual is the fact I am involved with a bunch of ECs:

I am on a swim team that practices 10 hours a week from September-March
Track and field in the Spring
NSHSS
Student Government
Jr. Board of a Charity which involves alot of volunteering
Science League
Spanish Honors Society
Stage Crew
Possibly a job working 10 hours a week

AND I am a horrible horrible test taker, so I need to spend alot of time studying for the SATS, considering my PSAT was a 126 ( I know it's horrible, I just get really stressed out)

So should I drop APUSH, AP Psych, or drop neither

As older students at your school which one gives more homework, and drop that class.

Drop AP Psychology. It is a not necessary AP and would only put more unneeded stress on you. Your schedule is already rigorous enough, removal of one smaller AP will certainly help stress levels but will not make your schedule any less impressive.
