should i drop an ap?

this is my junior year and i'm taking 5 APs (one is photography though so i wouldn't exactly count it). right now i have C's in both ap calculus and ap physics. there is a possiblity i can raise the physics grade to a B before the semester ends. the reason i can't drop calculus is because it is the only math class they offer; there is no regular or honors option. but i am considering switching into regular physics next semester because it has taken a toll on my other grades as well. my GPA by the end of this semester should be a 3.5. i am confident i can get straight As if i dropped physics. will colleges dislike seeing i dropped an AP class after just a semester?

I think that they would rather see straight A’s than a few B’s and C’s, so if you really need to drop the class, then do it. You have several other AP classes, which includes Calculus and they know that is a hard class. I think for the sake of your GPA, you should drop it.
