I’ve applied through QuesBridge to Emory, Northwestern, USC, Vanderbilt and UVA. I didn’t get matched so my applications are now going to be considered for RD. I wasn’t satisfied with my Common App essay, there was a grammatical mistake when I submitted it. I added a whole new paragraph, replacing one that wasn’t really relevant and also did a lot of re-wording. Basically, now I have a much clearer essay and added new information. Should I email colleges this revised version, or should I leave them alone so they won’t think that I didn’t put in enough work when I was submitting it in the first place?
