Should I email regarding interviews...

I posted this in the Dartmouth thread as well as these are the only two schools that I have not interviewed for, but I figured asking here as well may help as well… I still haven’t been contacted for an interview. It’s too late in the process, I know, but I was wondering if maybe just contacting them will do anything. I know the likelihood of me getting an interview is probably QUITE low now, but perhaps there was some sort of error and I was contacted. My though process was maybe I just didn’t receive the contact as a result of some technological error, and I didn’t contact my interviewer because I never “received” the contact… I just don’t want to be demonstrating any disinterest… I am most likely reading way too much into this, and stressing for no reason as there probably just aren’t enough alums in my area, but I just want to cover all my bases… Thanks!

Call them up if you want, but I dont think that not being contacted for interviews is a big deal

okay thanks!

Hey, I would definitely recommend asking for an interview. I actually just had my interview yesterday, and they were the ones who contacted me. It’s certainly not too late. It doesn’t hurt to ask anyway.

I’ve heard that Columbia doesn’t usually give as many interviews at other Ivies. I wouldn’t worry. I got a LL without ever having an interview :stuck_out_tongue:

Columbia asks that you don’t contact them asking for an interview. It says that explicitly on their site.

OP, not sure if you already contacted Columbia since you posted this thread a few days ago, but I figured this link would be helpful for anyone else that is wondering/asking about interviews.

Thank you!!
