Brown seems incredible and I think it’s my dream school. The acceptance rate is so low, however, and applying seems daunting. Do I have a shot?

yea you should definitely apply. You have the test scores and grades as well as the ECs. Who cares if you don’t get accepted theres plenty of other schools that will gladly accept you.
I can’t imagine why you would even question whether it is worth it to apply. All your stats are very solid and well within the range of the majority of accepted students (meaning the range of the 25th to 75th percentile or however they express the range). But, just to give you a comparator, my daughter was accepted in 2012 with lower SAT scores, not nearly as many ECs, I am pretty sure a lower GPA (not sure, still, what the whole weighting thing means) and had no hooks except legacy. Don’t know what your class rank is, but that’s probably an important stat as well. You should have as good a chance as pretty much anyone, I would think – it’s still a roll of the dice, but your stats are very impressive. Good luck and keep working hard.
Since you go to a private school, I’d ask your college guidance counselor. S/he probably has a good idea how your application compares to applicants from prior years.
And yes, of course you have a shot – it’s hard to imagine someone with a better profile than you. Doesn’t mean you’ll get in – but you will most certainly get in somewhere good if you have a balanced list of schools you are applying to.
