Should I focus on the SAT or ACT?

If I superscore both tests I have:

ACT
Composite 31
Science 29
Reading: 33
English 30

SAT
Combined 2210
Math 770
Reading 740
Writing 700

Will the SAT or ACT be easier to move up? And if I studied the same amount for both tests and I move both of them up, which one do you think will be higher in the end? I'm trying to figure out which test to focus on and which to submit. Should I even redo the tests? I'm looking at Georgetown, Brown, Johns Hopkins, Tufts, Northwestern, Rice, and such. Thanks!

A composite ACT score of 31 is equivalent to an SAT score of a little under 2100. So your SAT scores are better. And they are very good scores. I don’t think you need to take either test again, but if you want to be safe contact the admissions offices of those schools and ask them what they think.

I think SAT, but you’ve already done phenomenal. Plus for the SAT you can superscore, whereas most schools don’t superscore the ACT
