Should I follow Harvard's directions for the essay? Or not?

They say..

*"If you wish to include an additional essay, you may do so:

(Possible Topics)
[ul]Unusual circumstances in your life.
[]Travel or living experiences in other countries.
[]Books that have affected you the most.
[li]An academic experience that has meant the most to you.[/li][li]A list of books you have read during the past twelve months."*[/ul]
[/li]

So, my essay consists of the following thus far:

**Books:

To Kill a Mockingbird - Harper Lee
Blindness/The Cave - Jose Saramago
Macbeth - Shakespeare
Redwall - All of the books **

Is this good enough? Should I send it in?

:p Just kidding. But really, if Harvard says to give them a list of books, do you think anybody would? I couldn't imagine anybody doing so and not even expanding on what they gained from each book -- despite what the instructions say.

Haha... I'm sure some people did.

Some people would write about it, but every person has different perspectives on those novels.

I know people who applied and none of them chose the easy list of books for the harvard supplement. Pretty suicidal if you ask me.
