Should I get tutoring??

I want to make at least a 30 on the act. I feel pretty confident in the english and reading sections. Should I invest in tutoring for the math section? Or will studying test prep books prepare me enough?

Depends on how good u r at math. Personally, I don’t think u need to get a tutor for the math section. It’s relatively straight forward and if u review all the concepts and formulas tested on the exam, u will perform well on exam day.

No I wouldn’t waste your money. Buy. ACT prep book and study hard! There are lots of online help sites as well!

Get the red book (“The Real ACT Prep Guide”). Do some practice tests and see how you score. You will get better with practice, but there is no way to judge where you currently stand without doing a practice test.

Okay, thanks. I have the Princeton Review and ACT math for dummies. I am borrowing the red book from a friend, so hopefully I will do okay.
