I am going to be a sophomore and trying to prep for the ACT, I am looking how to study off websites but I was thinking about getting a tutor to help me, or go to some classes. If anyone has done these I am wondering if they are worth it and what they really help with. Any other tips for preparing would be great too.

Tutors are great, but you might want to try self prepping before spending a small fortune on tutors. Buy a couple prep books (the real act prep guide, barrons, mcgraw hill, kaplan, princeton review, etc) and take a few practice tests to see where you stand. If you find that you’re having trouble improving by self studying then you should consider getting a tutor.
