should i give 8 AP's a try??

i am taking 5 AP's right now and another class also weighted. i have A's in all of them. (right now i have double science chem & Physics, ap spanish as a non-native, etc etc)

i am going to be a senior next yr and i was wondering if i should attempt 8 AP CLASSES. they aren't quite all easy. calc, euro, art history, lit, comp sci...etc etc. i want to do it b/c....well, i want to challenge myself and see how far i can push myself, and also, this would put me in a safe position to become a valedictorian (valid Victorian LOL) when i graduate. that would comfort me lol.

anyone who took 8 ap classes (not like, flimsy easy ap's) plz give me some advice. i will have leadership position, and quite SOLID extracurriculars next yr, along with the ap's. i took no ap classes soph yr, so i am thinking about making it up with this.

thanks!

yes go for it.

anyone with experience who can kinda tell me their story? lol

Which APs?
-AP Calculus AB/BC?
-AP Art History (easy but tedious)
-AP Computer Science (easy if you know what your doing)
-AP English Lit (don’t really need to study for it/just take practice tests)
-AP Euro (a lot of reading)
-AP #6
-AP #7
-AP #8

As long as your homework is manageable, I say go for it. You could always drop a class or two if it is too time consuming.

sure, why not? go for it
