Should I give test dates/scores that Im not sending?

on the commonapp it asks for test dates and scores to all tests taken. Does it matter if I dont list them for scores I wont send? Or would this be dishonest?

well, if it says ALL, then it means ALL
Also if you have taken any SAT, and send it, all your SAT scores go

I just started thinking about it when I saw the post about honesty and reporting all other colleges youre applying to. This is what it says on the commonapp:
TEST INFORMATION
Be sure to note the tests required for each institution to which you are applying. The official scores from the appropriate testing agency must be submitted to each institution as soon as possible. Please self-report your test scores below. If you would also like to self-report your AP or IB scores, please list them in the Academic Honors section on Page 3.

Please enter all dates in the format mm/yyyy (e.g. 12/2007).

So what do you guys think? I was planning on only reporting scores Im gonna send, cause I got a 33 and 31 ACT on two separate sittings and was thinking of only sending the 33. Do they even take scores into consideration that are self reported but not officialy reported? Like, would self reporting a 31 hurt me? Or even if I were to have the 31 sent in case they superscore, and it ended up that they dont, would they just trash the 31 and only look at the 33 or would they take notice of my lower 31 score? Sorry about all the questions

reporting a 31 will not hurt you. They take the best score
Just send all the scores.. thats the best thing to do... and ssennding 18 scores where the last one is a 36 will count as a 36 in ACT and the other 17 are not important
