Should I give the SAT or SAT II or ACT without writing?

Okay so I will be applying to colleges for the fall 2013 term which means I can only give one more SAT examination and one more ACT examination.

The problem is that the ACT+Writing test isnt administered in February so I can only give the ACT without writing test.

I can give either the SAT or the SAT 2 tests on the January test date but Im debating on which one?

My current SAT score is 1860 (660M, 620CR, 580 WR) and my SAT 2 scores are ( 740 physics, 650 Maths). I was pretty shocked at the maths scores too. I honestly dont know where I went wrong. I thought the paper was pretty damn good and all of my friends have received scores upwards of 750. I have decided to submit my maths scores for a re evaluation but I dont think my scores will increase as College Board clearly says that if I marked my answers with a light shade (which is what I think happened) then my marks wont increase but still, I would like to see how that pans out.

My initial plan was to give the ACT on February and the SAT subject tests on January but I just realized that colleges generally require the ACT+Writing.

So my question is if I should give the SAT in Jan. or the SAT 2? And weather I should even bother giving the ACT without writing in Feb.

Oh and if its of any help. I think Ill get 2100+ in the SAT this time and definitely 790+ in Maths SAT 2. That paper was SOO EASY that I cant even believe I scored so low on it.

Also I have already given the SAT thrice and this will be my fourth time.

The first 2 times I wasnt really serious about the SAT. The 3rd time I was dead serious but I was also seriously ill on the test day and couldnt properly answer everything.

This time Im sure Ill get 2100+.

*Whether. silly typo

Having an ACT w/o writing is pointless if the college requires the writing section and most of your higher and even lower ranked colleges do. Moreover, the Feb ACT will be too late for the majority of schools. Some accept it but vast majority require testing to be finished either by no later than Dec or no later than Jan. You need to check colleges to which you intend to apply to see if even the Jan tests are accepted.

Thus, you are likely better off focusing on SAT. Do not know where you intend to apply but SAT score is low for high ranked colleges but good for a lot of others. Your math 2 is not good for those high ranked colleges either but would pass for some of the schools that require SAT IIs. Note that there are only 30 colleges that actually require SAT IIs and thus if you intend to apply to colleges that do not you may want to focus on SAT.
