I know they're two completely different directions, but I'm really stumped. Okay, so biology has never really been my strongest point but I think becoming a pediatrician would be something that I would enjoy because I get to help out kids everyday and plus the pay and prestige is pretty good. I'm hesitant though because it costs alot, takes forever to finish college for, and I don't know if i'm interested/good enough to be one. Also, I know that I could help out my family in the long run and its kind of the path i've been taking since high school started with my doubling up in science and also about to take internship research. I know the school work is rigorous and MCATs is hard but yeah. Okay for business/economics, I haven't had much experience in this area other than taking economics class which was kind of interesting/im good at. Also, the pay is still good and it takes a shorter amount of time to complete college for. However, I don't know how good I'll be at a job in business/finance/economics and I don't know if i'll be interested in it or not. Any advice?

Here’s a suggestion I have: why not get your pre-reqs for med done asap, major in economics/bussiness or whatever suits you from these and apply to med school after your degree? By the time you finish your degree in say business and have applied to med you will have a clearer pic of what you want and also in case you dont get into med school you’ll have a great backup career.
