I know that there is a lot of information on Boston University a;ready; plenty on this website, but it would really if I got an opinion from somebody who attends Boston University.
I want to know as much as I can about it before I decide to go. Any information will be helpful, really.
First of all, the academics. I am intending to major in English with a minor in education. Is this program good and are the professors generally nice and helpful?
Secondly, the dorms. I have heard that Warren and West are the top places to live for incoming freshmen. What about towers, though? I find that one attractive because of the single-sex floors. What's dorm life like? Is it easy to make friends?
Thirdly, is the food really as good as they make it sound in the videos?
Fourth, can someone describe the social scene? I've heard that Boston is somewhat of a party school, but am I bound to find more conservative people there? Are people casually dating or in committed relationships?
Fifth, what are the people like? Are most men truly gay or is that what they say on the Internet? I guess I am worried about this, being a girl and all.

Any more information will be welcomed and very helpful!
