I'm at a public high school with 3,000 kids, and I really don't like it. The only thing I do like, is the large selection of courses.

I was thinking about switching to a private school my junior year (because I can't switch sophmore), but I have less classes to choose from. Such as, I can't take an internship at a local paper or magazine like I had wanted to. I can't try out different careers by doing career oriented classes. It's mre academics.

Plus at my public school, W, we are on the block schedule. So, I only get math 1 semester 90 minutes a day. At the private school, B, we have classes year round, and onl 40 minutes a day. Plus it is a Catholic school, which I am.

What do you think?? It's a Rory Gilmore kind of situation, if you know what I mean.
I want to work on the paper at whatever school I do choose...and hopefully it is possible, and I can be involved in some way, because at W, I can't seem to find my "niche'. Or make friends that easily.
