I am a senior in high school who is having a hard time deciding between my in state school (Iowa) and Purdue, which is out of state. I really liked my visit to Purdue and feel neutral about Iowa. Does anyone know more about the pre med programs at either school and have any input that could influence my decision? Thanks!
Will make little difference. Which school can you get a higher GPA?
Go where it’s cheaper. You’ll be paying plenty for med school, if you end up going. And If you change your mind about medicine, the money you save with the cheaper option could go toward fun-but-expensive undergrad pleasures such as study abroad or summer travel.
