pick for me.

information:

I am majoring in computer science

the more prestigious the better

the more liberal the better

the more asians the better

which school should I go to?

I would say slo is more prestigious in computer science but more liberal and more asian, ucsb would definitely be the winner there.

with ur requirements go to UCSB
they are as liberal as u can get

Plus the party scene is legendary.

UCSB for Asians and Liberals.
Cal Poly for prestige in Computer Science.

CalPoly SLO would be better for your major.

In terms of what you're looking for in a school (asians), UCSB would be better.

Which matters more?

ucsb has more asians?
i thought in both schools, they are minority?

they are minority but ucsb as a little bit more asians.

Plus the STD scene is legendary.

theres mostly drunk white kids at ucsb from my experiences visiting. i think slo might have more asians but then again i didnt hang with asians at either place. go with your initial gut instict on this one
