Should I graduate HS early? If I do what are my college admissions chances?

I am currently a ‘sophomore’ in high school with over half of my required credits completed. In less than a full school year, I will be eligible to graduate at the age of 16. I would love to graduate early and as of right now I am already enrolled as a part-time college student (at a pretty nice school), even though my HS schedule is all college courses. I really want to know if it is better to graduate early or to stay and get some sort of degree finished. If I do graduate early will I get more or fewer scholarships, will more colleges want me, and even with a 3.6-3.8 GPA, will that be high enough to get into some of the best schools globally?

It’s hard to imagine many “best schools globally” where that is a competitive gpa.

This is an often asked question. If a top college is truly your goal, then you should stay put and crush your school’s offerings… Most top students meet state minimums for graduation very early. Right now your GPA does not make you very viable at “top schools” whatsoever.
