Should I include this things in my transfer essay?

Hey guys Im applying to SMU as a transfer I just wanna make sure that my essay is good.
Im not sure if I should say or include this things;

Should i say that " Cox School of Business is among the strongest business schools in the US"
That Im interested in minors that have nothing to do with my major.
My major is business administration but Im also into music and Im a drummer. Im putting that I would like to join SMUs marching band and the jazz ensemble but Im not even sure that I have a chance of joining these or if I should include this.
That I want to join a fraternity with academic goals? not sure about that one though...
Im international so I know nothing about fraternities and if theyre ALL viewed as a partying gateway or something.

Also, if anybody can read my essay and give me some advice Id really appreciate it

They want to know that you have really thought about why SMU is a good fit for you, that you have really looked at the school, and are not just sending the same essay to a dozen schools. Explain what you find personally appealing about Cox, why your minors will complement or enhance your business major, and why the chance to be in the band and jazz ensemble really complete the college experience for you. Schools love potential band members and that information gives you an extra dimension, so be sure to include it. I’m not fraternity-oriented, so I’m not a good one to advise on that one!

DEFINITELY put in all of the personalized information. If you have put a lot of thought into why SMU over any other school, it will make a better impression. I am a pretty decent writer (several scholarships) and a published playwright. Private message me if you’d like me to read it!
