Should I just cancel my ACT scores?

Why are the forms different just for Ohio? That’s strange. I live in Ohio and obviously therefore tested in Ohio which is what really intrigues me. I didn’t cheat of course, I’m just wondering since it’s news to me and I live there.

They are probably testing something out and decided to use Ohio as the lab rat. This is just a guess, but I’m going to guess that ACT will expand this new system to all the states eventually. (This system being different students even at one test center getting different tests.) It would certainly cut down on the discussion of test questions after the test. And, honestly, I’d be in favor of it because cheating incidents like the one posted by the OP wouldn’t happen under the system they tested in OH.

^They also need to find a way to prevent kids from starting early on sections which I hear happens a lot.

Is there anyway I can view the score early? I don’t think I can wait any longer.

man (or woman), you are really dumb. first for cheating in the first place and then proclaiming it to the world in this thread.
grow a brain.

^ lol yeah, it’s not impossible to track you down through your ISP.

^damn you’re smart

November 10th is when you can view your scores if they are not delayed.

Really hope this nerd gets caught or he does terrible.

I hope he does horrible, but doesn’t get caught. I don’t want him to get caught because that means that the girl he copied off of will also get screwed. So, I just hope he does horribly.

Sometimes I wonder how many people cheat good scores…O_o

Yes, you should cancel the scores.

Now you’re not going to get into college OR HEAVEN.

Just kidding. Seriously, though: You should cancel those scores. That’s embarassing.

So did you get your score OP?

I’m interested in this as well lol.

Why would you ever do this? I do not understand how you are not even regretting this decision. For her sake I hope you do not get caught, but you are a jerk. There is no justifiable excuse for this. Millions of students study, take prep classes, and practice, all fighting to get good grades. You are the small percent of American students who I despise. Just think how you could be taking the admissions of people who were sincere and actually tried on this test. Although, you are yet to show any signs of remorse.

I am just going to put this one slight fear in your head so you start to feel some regret. You are a member of collegeconfidential, and you have a traceable IP address. Colleges can come on here, see this thread, and easily find out who you are. Then… no admission. I hope people don’t think I am evil; however, things like this really annoy me.

One last word for you… INTEGRITY

Although I hate the OP as well, colleges can’t trace him. They can only find out where he lives (to within 300 miles so its useless). If they want his exact address, they would need to subpoena his ISP, and they wouldn’t have the legal grounds to do so. Further, they would need to subpoena College Confidential or have CC voluntarily release his IP address in the first place. Anyways, point here is he isn’t being tracked down. But I do hope he got like a 15 or something on his ACT. (And I doubt he got caught since he isn’t responding to this thread anymore.)

Dude so what ended up happening?

Wowitsjon–
Did your scores end up getting flagged?

Since when is cheating considered ok? I’m just blown away that we are even discussing this.
