Should I major in Civil Engineering? Best schools?

I'm currently a junior wondering if I should major in Civil Engineering! It's a field that really interests me, and I like the job prospects after graduation.

However, I'm not much of a math whiz. It's always been my worst subject, but I still manage to get decent grades in it. I'm in Algebra 2 right now and have a B+. Should I still consider an engineering major if I don't enjoy math?

I was also wondering about the best schools for Civil Engineering. I'm not getting in Harvard or MIT, but I'm a decent student (3.85 GPA) so I want to keep my options open. Right now I'm considering :

Virginia Tech
Virginia Military Institute
Norwich University
Texas A&M

Which would you recommend? Any advice would be appreciated!

VA Tech: Aim for 1300+ (CR+M; VA Tech works on the 1600 scale)/28+
VMI: Aim for 1800+/26+
Norwich: Aim for 1800+/26+
TAMU: Aim for 1950+/28+

Do you intend to do ROTC? These four schools are known for ROTC.

Yes I am definitely interested in ROTC. That’s exactly why I am considering those schools!
