Should i major in engineering or go to grad school for Anesthesiologist assistant?

Ok so Im just a senior so it is a while away and my mind could easiy change but right now i want to major in engineering and go stright into a job or major in biology and then go to grad school in a anesthesiologist assistant program. So far I am good in biology and chemistry, and I am pretty good at math except this year I am having trouble in pre-cal. I am starting to have doubts if i am smart enough to major in engineering, leaving high school with pre-cal as the highest math i will have taken. If i go to be an "AA" then i will have good pay, usually starting at around 95,000 a year, but i will also have more debts to pay off from grad school where engineering i will just go to undergrad. I might eventually me able to get that kind of pay in engineering but not till after many years of experience. I will be honest here, i really do love money and is tempting to go after the higher paycheck. so what do you think is the smarter choice?? in the past few years Ive really felt like i could be a good engineer and it would be a cool job but i really dont know if i am smart enough for it, and i feel i would be way behind other students. and i like bio and chemistry but sometimes i dont think i would make a good doctor type person. im not very comforting and I dont really go out of my way to help people. so what do you think?? THANKS
