Should I put down "AP Scholar" in my college apps for awards?

I received the AP Scholar award from CollegeBoard for passing three AP exams. Sadly, I don’t have the “Scholar With Honor” or “Scholar With Distinction” awards since I got two 2s on my AP tests junior year. I feel like most people have better AP Scholar awards, but should I still put it down? I only have two other awards besides this.

Also, I’ve been told to only report my AP scores that I received a 4 or 5 on, and I received a 3 on English Lang, so should I report that score if I’m to put down AP Scholar?

I’m applying to UC Berkeley, UCLA, UCSD, UC Irvine, Cal Poly SLO, USC, and Cornell. UC Davis, UC Riverside, and Cal Poly Pomona are possibilities (depends on if I get into the Colorado School of Mines that will notify me soon).

Thank you!

I would not list the AP Scholar award and would not report the 3.

For those very competitive schools I would not.
