I know we should report all grades on the TAU, but I just had a question about a W I received.
During the Fall 2014 semester, I don’t know what I was thinking but I registered for an 8 week Intro to Keyboarding class. I went to the first day of class and realized it is a class for students who don’t know how to properly type, so I wen’t home and dropped the course.
I thought my community college gave a week for adding and dropping classes, but apparently not when it is an 8 week course. So when I checked my fall final grades at the end of the semester I noticed a “W” and I was completely shocked.
I am worried this W will affect my chances at getting into a top UC. This course is not UC transferable, so it is not even listed on the application, I would have to manually add the course.
So my question is, should I report it? Will my application get rescind if I do not?
