Hi everyone; I'm a senior and I'm wondering if I should retake the ACT (sorry to repeat the subject line). I took the SAT twice--the first time, in March, I was sick and got 730 CR/680 M/800 W (12 essay), totaling 2210. The second time, in June, I got 800 CR/760 M/800 W (12 essay), totaling 2360. I also took the ACT in June and my composite was 32 (35 English + 10 writing = combined 33 for whatever that's called), 32 reading, 30 math, 31 science. So my ACT was a lot lower than it might have been, but in part because I don't want to spend another 4 hours on a test and also because I did well on the SAT the second time, I'd really like to not retake it...but should I? Thanks in advance!

I doubt u need to retake the ACT…i mean ur score on the ACT is very good as it is, but ur score on the SAT is just amazing. I really dont know many schools that require the ACT over the SAT, usually its the other way around, or they take both, either or. so unless u wud like to put ur mind at ease with ur ACT score, id say u dont need to.

NO WAY! YOUR SAT SCORE IS AMAZING! You def. don’t need the ACT.
