That’s a great score. There’s no need to take it again unless you think you have a legitimate shot at getting a perfect score.

Your score suffices.

I would not waste my time taking it again.

You’re fine…I had a 2080 superscore and I was just accepted Preferred Admission into Ross

It probably isn’t necessary to retake it, but if you think you can earn a higher score you might want to consider it. I also got 2210 and I’m planning on taking the SAT again, not because I think it’s a bad score, but because I think I can probably do a little better.

what score would satisfy you, 2250?, 2300?, 2400? I think you are much better off putting in the effort to distinguish yourself in other ways. Start or model a small business, spend a summer studying abroad, organize a charity event. I get a little disturbed when applicants w/such a high score feel they might be lacking. You are applying to an elite public university, but not Harvard or Princeton. Even if you were, they probably have 100 or more people w/2400 SATs applying, many indistinguishable cookie-cutter types that have become caricatures of the college application process. Your score is great, do something additive but entirely different would be my advice. Make yourself hard to ignore and you won’t be lumped in w/a group of like-minded high scholastic achievers.
