On the SAT, I got a 2100: 740 CR, 690 M, 670 W

On the Math level 2 subject test, I got a 710.

Math is my best subject. I don't know why it's never that high. Probably just me making stupid mistakes under pressure.

I want to go to Northwestern, and I don't know if I can get in with these scores.

I can only retake in October, so what do I retake? The SAT, or the math subject test?

700+ on SAT2s are enough.

To get into NW you’re definitely going to need a higher SAT1.

Okay, that’s what I had planned on (since I only took the SAT once), but people have made a 710 on the Math 2 subject test seem really bad, so I sort of wanted to see what others thought.

Thanks, everyone!

710 isn’t a really bad score, but it’s not a great score either. I think my 740 was only 78th percentile back when I took it.
