So it’s now close to the fall of 2015 and college applications are open. I previously scored a 1940 on my SAT (not the best) and I was wondering whether I should retake it in October and then take two subject tests in November or take the subject tests in October and not even bother with taking the SAT again. I am taking the ACT in September and hopefully will perform better on that.
In your opinion, what is the safest route and what do college’s (specifically UC’s) weigh more. A high SAT with average subject tests or an average SAT score with high subject tests?
