Should I retake the SAT test in community college or not? Does that look bad?

I took the SAT test once my senior year in high school when i had a cold and got a 1450 on it. I could of easily done a lot better, but i didn't retake it. now i am in my freshman year of community college and might transfer to a university soon, so i was planning on retaking it this saturday.

does retaking it during community college look bad if the score is only a little better or something like that? i thought you only had to send 1 score but now i am reading that this was only true because recently there was something called "score choice", and not even all colleges accept it.

i don't want to make a bad mistake so someone please give me advise on my situation?

A 1450 is a pretty good score IMO. If you do decide to take it again, I don’t think it’ll look bad. Just be sure that your score isn’t going to drop, in-fact be sure that it’ll rise a good bit.

If that score is at least okay, should i not risk retaking it? i’m thinking of not retaking it tomorrow. i think i can raise it but i haven’t had a lot of practice with math and writing essays for example sense my senior year of high school.
