I took the SAT for the 2nd time in May (got a 2050 in November) and I'm actually very happy with my scores. CR: 800, M:710, W:800. I know it seems insane to be retaking it, considering that it's basically impossible for me to get 800s again, but I'm kinda worried that my math score is on the low end for schools like UChicago and Princeton. I'm thinking about retaking it October and I don't plan on doing too much prep, so I don't think I'd have much to lose from taking it a third time to get a less lopsided score. Will colleges look down on me for doing this? I really want to do this for my own peace of mind, but I don't know if I'm just crazy. What do you guys think?

Unless you’re planning on majoring in math, I’d take the 2310 and run.

Agree with above.

Yeah, the logical thing to do would be to not retake, but my inner overly paranoid self just needs to be reassured.

Retaking it would be unnecessary stress and you could score lower on the third one. Stick with the 2310.

Don’t retake and if you want some reassurance, take Sat II either Math1 or Math2 and score 800 on that. That would calm your fears and assure universities that you know Maths.

Don’t retake it.
An extra 50 added to 2310 isn’t going to do a darn thing for getting accepted into an ivy. The difference will we all the other stuff. Courses, GPA, AP scores, EC.
