Should I retake?

I got a 670 for USH in May, and I'm pretty sure i can do better
Should I retake it (in November), or just take another test? (I'm thinking about Biology because I will be taking AP bio next year)
My biggest concern is that I might forget most material throughout this summer and I'm pretty sure senior year is going to be pretty hectic. I'm not sure if I can handle studying USH until November in addition to the school work.

Your advices would be greatly appreciated!

Is the earliest test October or November?

I wouldn't bother. Take another test and try to do better. 670 is a good score regardless of what others will say here.

I got a 780 on Math 2. Should I retake that if I plan on applying to Wharton? btw, I'm Chinese, and I'm female

@OP 670 is okay, but not great. It depends on if u are applying; 750 plus is idea,

@flower - typically SATs are divided up into range, and the top grouping is 780-800. So improving it to 800 is relatively pointless IMO. For the record i got a 790 on M2 (but an 800 on M reasoning), and did not bother retaking.

Flower- do you think your acceptance/rejection from Wharton hinges on whether you got a 780 or an 800 on an SAT subject test? No, I would not retake that.

thanks for the advice. i was worrying so much because a lot of people here got really high scores and i felt very incompetent.

as a reply to wis3ly, october is the earliest. i'm taking the subject tests in november because i'm taking one of the foreign language tests.
