<p>No, because then she’ll assume that you are super super excited about the interview, and will be very very put off when you show up only super excited. And then the interview will go horribly horribly wrong.</p>

<p>…Are you honestly asking this? As if your interviewer would pay that much attention to how you end your email. Just pick one and send it – what you say in the actual interview is far more important than the email you send.</p>
