Should I send a follow-up email?

I originally emailed this college 10 days ago about not receiving a confirmation email after having submitted my application 3 weeks prior. They responded asking for more information (id number, date of birth etc.) and I emailed them back. It’s not been another week with no response from them and still no confirmation of having received my application. Should I follow-up? I can’t really call because this school is in England and I live in California.
