How long should I wait to send a follow-up email to a program director

I'm currently enrolled in a CC and have been looking at schools to transfer to. I visited my first pick last week and hit it off well with the director of admissions and the director of an amazing program within the school, and was extended the opportunity to get an inside look at the program while still enrolled at my CC. I sent both of the people I met with emails the day after meeting with them (last Thursday), but have yet to hear anything back. They both offered me their email addresses and told me to keep in touch. Should I send a follow-up email just yet? When I do write back, what should I say so I don't sound desperate. Thanks!

You might want to wait just a little bit longer. Profs are on break just like students. They could be on vacation (it’s only been a week!)

I would wait a little longer for a reply. Maybe after another week if they still don’t reply then I would start thinking about a follow up email. (but that’s just me)
