Should I send a letter of continued interest?

I am only waiting on decisions from two schools, UGA and Notre Dame (dream school, but long shot). Since submitting my apps, I have picked up 2 new EC's, tutoring a student with a learning disability and a job in the retail industry. These two schools are among my top 3 choices and I want to do everything that I can to improve my chances with each of them. Would it be a good idea to send a letter of continued interest to each school? I feel that it would relay the fact that I am still very much interested in attending and that I have kept busy during my senior year.

Thanks in advance.

Definitely worth sending an update. Search around on the internet for how to update your app at each school; some schools want you to send the updates to a specific person or address. If you can’t figure it out, just punt and send the e-mail to admissions; they will tell you if it needs to be sent elsewhere.

There’s a good chance they’ve already started reviewing apps, so you need to send your update e-mail asap. I do NOT recommend sending snailmail.

If you have new ECs, it might be worth sending an update.

This was my exact thought. I think I might just email the office of admissions, because I don’t know how long it would take by mail =/
