I recently took the SAT Subject Tests, and I scored much lower than I was expecting- 680 on Chemistry and 740 on Math Level II. A lot of the schools I’m applying to have 750+ scorers, so should I send in these scores where subject tests are optional, or would it hurt my chances of admission (I’m applying as a biology/biochemistry major)?
Just as an FYI, my other stats are pretty good- 2350 SAT and a 4.0 GPA, so would these low subject tests make my grades look inflated? I had a really bad testing experience and now I’m afraid that I really hurt my chances of admission.
It would probably hurt even worse to not send them considering that the vast majority of applicants are (and are scoring high)
