Should I send in my SAT and SAT II scores before I send in my application?

I know that I'm supposed to send SAT scores at least three weeks before application deadlines and I was wondering if I am supposed to send them before I even complete or submit my application(s).

That seems very strange to me. :P

Also, I am taking the SAT IIs in October, when should I expect the scores? Will I be able to send them in before an early action deadline?

Also, when is the best time to submit applications? About two or three weeks before the deadline?

If you know for sure that you will be applying to a given school, send in your scores (if you’re happy with them and aren’t retaking them). Someone in admissions will later pull your information from their electronic database and add it to your application file.

If you indicate your schools on your SAT II test sheet, those schools should get the results within a few days of you receiving them – in plenty of time for early action.

Okay thank you.
I was confused by this. :P

Also, would colleges look down on me if the first time I took the SAT I got a 570 in writing and the second time I took it I got a 770 (I could have gotten an 800 because all my multiple choice answers were correct but I got an 8 on the essay…). Will they disregard the 570? I think there was an error made in grading that section at that time… I always do my best in writing…

I’m not sure if I want to put colleges on the SAT II test sheet, I’m a pessimist :P
