So one of the colleges I want to apply to allows freshmen applicants not to send their ACT/SAT score if their GPA is above 3.5. My GPA is 4.2 and I just recently took the ACT and will be taking the SAT on November. From my past PSAT Score in 10th grade and Pre ACT/SAT test in 11th grade, my scores are a bit below average from the schools. I don’t know what to expect from my new scores, but assuming it’s slightly better I think it will just be a bit below the school’s average or maybe average. Should I send it or not? Which one will hurt me the most?
If it’s at the school’s average, it couldn’t hurt your application. Seeing as your gpa is so strong, you’d probably be fine with not sending them, if you don’t want to, but sending them probably wouldn’t hurt your app.
