Should I send SAT scores or just ACT?

So I just took the October SAT and I am praying that I made a 2100+, my current score is a 2080 w/ breakdown 770CR/660M/650 W. I have a 2180 SS but the colleges I'm applying to don't look at that. However, I have a 33 on ACT with breakdown 35R/30M/35E/31S. I'm taking SAT Subject Tests in November, hoping for 750+ on Lit and Math 1.

I'm applying to:
UCLA (Undeclared Humanities, Comm later)
UC Berkeley (Undeclared, Business later)
University of Southern California (Music Industry)
Stanford (unlikely I'll get in :( but Communications major)
UPenn (Communications)
Columbia (Business)
NYU (Music Business)

I think my math score may break 700 which would be great. But I'm really debating about what to do. Are my scores worthy of being sent or do yall think they would hurt my chances? Any feedback would be GREATLY appreciated.

For now just plan to send in ACT. Obviously, you would have to wait for your SAT scores to come out. From there, you can determine whether to send the scores or not.

Without super-scoring I would say send your ACT scores as they are a little better, about a 2190 SAT equivalent (http://www.act.org/solutions/college-career-readiness/compare-act-sat/</a>). In my opinion your current SAT scores (the 2080) would hurt your chances at the more prestigious schools (UPenn, Columbia, Stanford). The 2080 is also a little below average for USC and NYU (not drastically though), and the 2180 SS is definitely good for those.
