Should I send scores to schools that don't require them?

As of tomorrow, I'll have taken 3 subject tests since Georgetown requires that many. However, only 4 of my 10 schools require any (the other 3 require 2 each)- the other 6 schools either don't mention subject tests or (in the case of one) say they don't consider those scores. So I was wondering, for the 5 who didn't mention anything (one of which is test optional), should I send in those scores? I have 800s on the 2 that I've taken so far, so should I send those in with everything since I have them, or is there a reason not to?

Also, I'm trying to decide which 4 schools to use my free score reports on. 1 should be Gtown since they need the 3 no matter what, but for the other 3, should I pick my safeties so that it won't matter so much if my score isn't great, or should I pick the other 3 that want subject test scores?

Thanks so much for your help!! :)

lol, I’m surprised you even felt the need to ask that. OF COURSE send your 800s in! regardless of if they asked for it or not. Requirement is not the same thing as recommended, and definitely not the same thing as recognized, all Universities in the US recognize SAT and SAT Subject Tests. Having a perfect score on any SAT is ‘additional ‘official’ awesomeness’.

Things you shouldn’t send in are stuff like : The science project you made in 11th grade that you really like, a CD of you playing a instrument, a link to your blog, your fathers donation letter to the university, etc.

ok thanks! i thought that it made the most sense to just send everything in (it’s the same price no matter how many scores you send to each school right?) but i wanted to make sure there wasn’t something i wasn’t thinking about.
