Should I Send the ACT or Not?

Alright, I got my final SAT scores back and it is superscored 2220 (680 CR, 750 M, 790 W 12 E) with the highest single score being 2190 (650 CR, 750 M, 790 W 12 E). My only ACT score is a 31 composite (33 English, 31 reading, 30 math, 28 science, 10 essay), and I was wondering if I should even bother sending it to colleges or not. I realize that the two scores are very close to each other if you only count CR/M, but I did not do well on the science section of the ACT (ran out of time), and my major is related to that.

So, should I send the ACT to colleges? Thanks.

Your SAT is probably more than sufficient. If you check concordance tables, 2220 is much higher than a 31 on the ACT. If you send both, most schools will only take the higher score anyways - for their benefit.

I agree - save your money and don't bother sending the ACT scores.

Alright, I guess I won't send it. The only thing I was worried about was that the ACT was equal to the M/CR, but it isn't worth the money.
