I wasn't planning on sending them at all since I was submitting my ACT (34), but I took them on the last test day just to see how I'd do with minimal studying.
I got a 780 on US History and 710 on Literature. Would it be worth it to send these since my Lit score isn't that great?
My intended major is either Public Policy or Political Science, so i kind of wanted to send it for the US History.

I’d personally send them. The more information they have about you, the better (assuming it reinforces that you’re a good student, which a 780 and 710 should). Even if it was seen as a bad score, I don’t think they’d care as they have your 34 ACT and take the best scores into consideration. I sent my ACT (34; same as you!) and three SAT IIs (780, 740, and 720) (never took SAT I).
