I wanted to include a 3000 word autobiography in my app I wrote for a religion class, but should I include that as an additional essay, or send it in as a supplementary material? I dont feel like writing another essay for harvard since I know I wont get in, but I feel that without including this essay I know I'll have zero chance of getting in, if that makes any sense.

Honestly, Admissions Directors don’t have time to read essays that long; they only have 15 to 20 minutes to review your entire file. Many students are accepted to Harvard without submitting an additional essay – sometimes “less is more.”

TBH, I’m just applying here for shiggles, so would it be fine if I just included it as an essay instead of sending it in as a supplement?

No matter how you submit it, a 3000 word essay will not be read in its entirety; the best you can hope for is that the first and last paragraphs might be read – but that might not even happen, unless your transcript, test scores and teacher recs are super competitive.
