I got a 3 last year in AP Euro and I know that the college that I want to go to accepts 3s as credits, however does it look bad and should I consider not showing it?

no definately show it.

it looks better to take the test and fail then not take it at all.

One school I visited (not sure which one) said they gave full credit to 4 and 5s and gave elective credit for 3s.. shrug You should definitely check with the school. If they'll give you any sort of credit, you might as well report it.

You don't need to report it until you're accepted probably. hah

Look at this recent thread for some opinions:

And 3, 4 and 5 are all PASSING scores that will get you college credit at thousands of universities.

Not showing a score would lead the college to assume you got a 1 or 2.

3 is passing, so I'd show it.

It's a 3, show it.

^ I was WONDERING where you were!!!

We need that stickied thread at the top!

Definitely. ha, I was at lunch :D

I've read on many threads here that adcoms do not assume you failed. =/ .. and AP scores aren't all that important in admission decisions..

Aren't AP scores just to show that you took the AP class and know enough about it to get it transferred?

^That's how I see them.
