I got a 3 on my UShist exam, but I was one of 2 who actually passed. Is it worth mentioning in apps?

You don't want to draw attention to your three and make excuses for that matter.

Unless a 3 is enough to get credit at the school you're applying to, don't mention the score. AP scores aren't part of what colleges use to decide whether or not to accept you, so don't stress too much over it.

You could mention it to your guidance counselor as long as you're sure s/he won't make it obvious that you wanted her/him to include it.

Should I write down my AP scores (all 4's) even though the school I'm applying to does not give credit for them?

theoneo, what do you mean?

oh. so you don't have to write your AP scores if they suck? (got all 3's)

haha luckily you don't. Although it sort of renders them useless, you could have made all 1's, and they'd be none-the-wiser. hah

ohh please do include them, if u dont, the colllege is gonna wonder why u got no scores, it makes u look REAL bad... also REMEMBER.. ap are suppose to HELP u... it wont make the collleges reject u because of it

yeah good point, I guess we're all just wanting to look perfect for adcoms heh. do you think adcoms will be forgiving of the fact that the ap teachers weren't so good?

I would put it, because if you don't, the colleges might think that you didn't take the test or got a worse score than you really did on it, if they don't receive a score

my school automatically puts them on our transcripts anyways, and I don't know if we can have the option of not having them included (actually finding this junk out tomorrow)
