Should I Stay in DECA?

Hey everyone,

I’m currently a freshman and a member of DECA. I really like the club and being able to compete in the regional and state competions, but I have to take a business elective each year to stay in it. The business classes that I would have to take to stay in are either Accounting (1 to 4), Sales and Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Intro to Business, and Sports Marketing. I have no interest in either of those except for Intro to Business, which I took this year and didn’t enjoy. I’m enrolled in AP Economics for next year (sophomore) but I’m considering switching to one of the business electives to stay in, because I plan to major in something in business but none of the clubs seem appealing to me. What should I do?

By the way, there is an FBLA club at my school that has no requirements which I might join instead, but I was thinking of participating in FBLA and DECA to really show my business interest and because I think I would enjoy FBLA.

I meant to say none of the courses seem appealing to me. Sorry for all other grammar mistakes, I’m typing on my phone.
