hi, I’m a freshman in high school and I am thinking of going to a business college such as in Boston University or NYU Stern. I plan to continue with these ECs. In terms of ECs, it this not enough? A senior at my school started DECA just last year but it’s not very big, should I join next year?

If you have time for DECA, go for it! It’s one of the most-liked activities at my school and the kids who are part of it absolutely love it.
I think you have a solid foundation! Since you’re a freshman and have 3 more years, I would definitely suggest strengthening your involvement in those clubs from now onward by taking up leadership roles. From what I’ve heard, colleges usually value dedication in a few clubs rather than “being” in tons of different clubs without any progression.
