<p>I am currently a second semester junior at Arizona State University majoring in Elementary Education. I am set to graduate a semester early in Dec 2015 but I am debating if I even want to stay at ASU. I am debating on transferring to DePaul University in Chicago as they have an elementary ed program as well. I haven't been all that happy at ASU this past year and I don't really see there being any room to grow any further here. I want to live in a more cultured area with a more educated demographic which I think Chicago can offer. With a year and half left at ASU though, I can't decide if it's worth it to leave. I'd appreciate some opinions!</p>
<p>nothing stop you transferring, but you do aware you may lose a lot of credits because the educational licensing requirements may differ from state to state.</p>
<p>Have you visited Depaul? And agree, understanding exactly what happens if you transfer & what your financial aid.</p>
