On the September ACT I got:
Composite: 31
English: 33
Math: 32
Reading: 28
Science: 30
Writing: 6
Combined English/Writing: 28

October ACT:
Composite: 30
English: 29
Math: 29
Reading: 29
Science: 31
Writing: 8
Combined English/Writing: 27

Should I submit all my ACT scores? I'm mainly applying to Engineering schools.

Do the schools super score and do they look at the science and reading sections? For example Georgia Tech only looks at ACT Math, English and combined English/writing. So your second ACT in October isn’t going to help at GT.

I’m applying to NU, UVA, RPI, GT, BC, Villanova, UMich, and Stevens. I know that NU, BC, and GT superscores. But I’m not sure about the rest.

Don’t send the lower to October one GT. If you do they will have and it will be on your record and it’s lower on all the sections they look at. It shouldn’t matter. But I think the fact that it was taken last and the score is lower is not going to help your application.

Check each college website. They will list what sections they look at and if they super score and what sections they look at. Then decide what’s best for you for each school.
